The Fine Print:

•  Booking Events - To book your event and hold the date, the Full Payment + Security Deposit is Required at the time of booking. No holds without full payment. 

• Security Deposit -  The required security deposit is equal to 50% of the rental rate. For Example, if the rental rate for the hall is: $500. The Security Deposit* is: $250. The total about due to book your event and secure the date is: $500 Rental Rate + $250 Security Deposit = $750. This must be paid IN-FULL at the time of booking.  

• Payment Type - ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS are Credit or Debit Card Only. No checks. No Cash. No other payment options. 

  Cancellation Policy - Security Deposit:

                 Hall Rental (Non Wedding) - Hall Rental Events may be canceled and the full amount refunded if event is cancelled outside of 60 days of the event date. No refund for hall rental event that is canceled within 60 days of the event. If the event is canceled within 60 days of the event, you forfeit your rental rate, but your security deposit will be refunded within 14-days of cancellation. 

                Hall Rental (Wedding) - Hall Rentals Wedding Events may be canceled and full amount refunded if the event is cancelled outside of 120 days of the event.  A 50% deposit can be refunded if the event is canceled within a 119-91 days of the event. There will be no refund for hall rentals or chapel rentals for  weddings that are canceled within 90 days of the event date.  If the event is canceled within 90 days of the event, you forfeit your rental rate, but your security deposit will be refunded within 14-days of cancellation. 

 

            Chapel Rental  - Chapel Rentals Events may be canceled and full amount refunded if the event is cancelled outside of 120 days of the event. A 50% deposit can be refunded if the event is canceled within a 119-91 days of the event. There will be no refund for chapel rental events for weddings that are canceled within 90 days of the event date.  If the event is canceled within 90 days of the event, you forfeit your rental rate, but your security deposit will be refunded within 14-days of cancellation. 

 

• *Security Deposit - Deposit is against any damage or failure to adhere to building rules/policies. Upon successful completion of the event as outlined in the rental agreement, the Security Deposit will be refunded within 14-days of the event conclusion. Failure to adhere to building rules or policies or any damage the building may result in full forfeiture of your security deposit. Renter understands that any damage the building which results in replacement of equipment/property or repairs that exceed security deposit, will result in the client being invoiced for the amount of the repair and/or replacement.
